Laura Schiavone - RE/MAX Ultimate Professionals

I am not a "salesman".  I consider myself to be in real estate sales AND a trusted real estate consultant and advisor.  My goal is to be your advisor for life.

When you work with me, the first thing you'll notice is the customized, personal service. One size doesn't fit all, and you won't get transferred around to my assistant, closing coordinator, buyer's agent, scheduler, work with ME.  You have my personal cell phone number.

I have been a real estate professional since 2001. I focus my real estate business on residential sales, including new construction, resale, foreclosure and short sale properties. I moved around quite a bit in years past, starting in Oak Lawn and then spending years living in Chicago, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Lockport, Joliet and Minooka so my knowledge of the real estate market and different areas is quite vast.  I specialize in the Plainfield, Naperville, Shorewood, Joliet, Crest Hill, Lockport, Minooka, Morris, and Channahon markets.

I understand that a house is someone's HOME and that people work hard for their money.  They expect to hire an agent that understands that.  I treat every dollar of my client's money as if it were my own dollar.  They expect results, respect, and communication and that's exactly what I deliver....not lip service.

I am a straight shooter, full-time agent, wife, mother of 2, hard working, old-house/animal lover, and fitness enthusiast.

I am a Multi-Million Dollar, top producing agent, have received the Five Star Award for Service Excellence multiple times along with annual Re/Max Awards for Sales Excellence.

I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative as well as a Military Relocation Professional.
